How long does it take for you to finish the animation?

Once we receive your payment and you have finished your creative brief, we will have an initial animation for you to review within *5 business days. After the first concept, you have up to 2 more revisions to perfect your animation if necessary. Each revision could take up to 3 days depending on the complexity of the changes. When we are finished, you will receive the source files (.FLA) and an optimized flash file (.SWF) or any other applicable files.

*(Complex Animated Intros may take longer. We will provide you with a time estimate and due date when we review your project before we collect any money).

How many changes may I ask for with my animation?

Up to 2 revisions are included with each animation package. If you need more beyond that, we will evaluate the complexity of the changes and give you a new estimate.

What if my current logo is just a .jpg or a .bmp?

Unfortunately, we can't create a Flash animation out of pixelated graphic. However, we will take your logo in whatever format or shape it is in and re-create it as a high-resolution .eps file for $99.

What if I don't like my current logo or I don't have one yet?

What rights do I retain with my animated logo?

You retain all rights to the final animation and source files of your logo or intro.

What if I'm not satisfied with my animation?

If you are not satisfied with the direction of your animation after seeing the first round, you may get a 50% refund. Keep in mind that the more specific you are in your creative brief, the better the chance that we will product what you are looking for. You also have 2 more revisions to get it right.
